DECRYPTION – Since 2009, the regulations of the National embly require that the chairman of the finance committee be a member of the opposition. However, Éric Coquerel is in the sights of Renaissance deputies.
An immediate outcry. Almost two weeks ago when Le Figaro reveals the plan of the leader of the Renaissance deputies, Aurore Bergé, to dislodge the deputies of the National Rally and La France insoumise from key positions in the National embly, several opponents denounce the maneuver.
A few days after the announcement of this scenario, the four bosses of the Nupes groups regret the “threat” uttered against the Insoumis Éric Coquerel, powerful president of the finance committee, in a letter addressed to Yaël Braun-Pivet.
