STORY – In recent days, a rumor has worried even those around Emmanuel Macron.

“Unacceptable.” This is the word used by the president of the LFI group, Mathilde Panot, in the National embly after Yaël Braun-Pivet judged “inadmissible” the amendments repealing the retirement age at 64. Before announcing, in the Salle des Quatre Colonnes of the Palais Bourbon, that his group will file a spontaneous motion of censure against the government.

Denouncing a “strike”the boss of the Insoumis believes that “the rights of Parliament” and even “people’s rights” are called into question through the decision of the President of the embly. It remains to be seen which deputies will affix their signatures to the Insoumis text. “We will discuss it”specified Mathilde Panot, considering however that the initiative could have a “strong enough echo”.

Does this text have a chance of being adopted? The boss of the RN, Jordan Bardella, had announced on Monday that his group was ready to vote for a motion of censure, including from the left. “Everyone will have to take responsibility”
