Philippe Diallo has finally finished unpacking his boxes in his new office. This spacious room, on the third floor of the Paris headquarters of the French Football Federation (FFF), in the 15e arrondist, was still recently occupied by Noël Le Graët, president of the authority for nearly twelve years. There are no longer any personal effects of the 81-year-old former leader, who resigned on February 28 and carried away by the startling conclusions of the audit carried out at the “3F”, at the request of the Ministry of Sports, by the general inspection of education, sport and research (IGESR).
