The Vendée Globe will be entitled to its Panini album for the first time for the 2024 edition. 200 stickers will be collected.
Panini will launch for the first time an album dedicated to Vendee Globe and the rare sailors who have conquered this grueling non-stop, solo round-the-world race, race organizers and the sticker maker announced on Thursday.
With cards on the sailboats announced at the start of the next “Everest of the Seas”, but also on the skippers, the route, the weather conditions and the animals likely to be encountered during the journey, collectors will be able to collect 200 vignettes.

The album will be broadcast from September 2024, two months before the start of the next edition which will be given on November 10, 2024 in Les Sables-d’Olonne (Vendée).
“It is a great pride to see that, thanks to the Vendée Globe, sailing joins the Panini collections alongside other major sports.“, said the director of the race around the world, Alain Leboeuf. As a reminder, during the last edition, in 2020, Yannick Bestaven on Maître CoQ won in 80 days 3 hours and 44 minutes.
Panini, historically known for its football vignettes, launched another mythical sporting event in 2019 with an album dedicated to the Tour de France. The company, created in 1961 in Modena (Italy), sells its albums in 150 countries and employs more than 1,200 people worldwide.
