The latter has in fact been seized on Tuesday by the president of the Social Affairs Committee, Fadila Khattabi (Renaissance) , to judge the admissibility, or not, of the text, under article 40 of the Constitution, according to which a parliamentary initiative cannot create budgetary charges. A decision which must be taken before the text arrives in committee on May 31. Eric Coquerel has already warned that he would seek ” arguments “ : “I think they exist to make it admissible if I am seized”, he added last week in a video message.
