Brigitte Henriques has, according to the JDD, filed a complaint on Monday for “cyberharassment” with the Paris prosecutor’s office through his lawyer, Me Arash Derambarsh. The president of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF) targets Romain Molina following the publication of allegations by the independent reporter implicating her when she was vice-president of the FFF. This offense is punishable by two years in prison and a fine of €30,000.

In his complaint, to which the JDD had access, the lawyer for the 51-year-old woman notes that “Mr. Romain Molina violated the provisions of article 222-33-2-2 of the Penal Code relating to the offense of cyberbullying in that he repeated on numerous occasions the sending of malicious and slanderous messages in the format video (YouTube among others) and Twitter publications and which had the direct and certain effect of deteriorating the living conditions of Mrs. Brigitte Henriques and resulting in a serious deterioration of her health”.

Me Arash Derambarsh transmitted with the complaint a certificate from the radiologist of Brigitte Henriques which assures that she has, “since mid-2021, consulted regularly following a worsening of her arrhythmias linked to stress and the cyberbullying of which she has been the victim since”.
